Should GOEV even be bought at this price right now?

I'm not seeing any improvement here. What's wrong? I don't get this.

It sits prettily in my portfolio. I'm very satisfied with what's going on.

I think the timing is right but I'm having my doubts now. Should I sell GOEV now or wait?
